American Safety Management Inc. is a 20-year-old management consulting firm specializing in employee safety, workers compensation and OSHA compliance. We design work systems that improve workplace safety and reduce the claims that drive up workers compensation premiums. We also offer OSHA compliance assistance to minimize exposure to large fines. Our consultants have degrees in engineering or industrial safety and are authorized by OSHA to conduct workplace training. In 1992, we coined the phrase “Total Safety Management” and use it to describe our unique 15-point approach to successfully managing employee safety and workers compensation. We are located in Kansas City but travel nationally to service our diverse customer base.
