Q. What information is required on Purchase Orders submitted to Browse 25?

Q. Where do I send PO and artwork?
A. Please send PO and corresponding art to: info@browse25.com.

Q. What file formats are accepted for artwork?
A. Vector art formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) , Adobe PDF, Corel Draw (.cdr), and EPS files are highly recommended. If vector files are not available, we will be happy to quote a price to convert. Average price is $15 per design.

Q. Is there a charge for sending samples?
A. Silicone wristband and lanyard samples are free via USPS First Class Mail. If you prefer a trackable or expedited freight method, please provide your UPS or FedEx #. A minimal cost may be charged for other products. Contact us at info@browse25.com for details.

Q. What about PMS Match charges?
A. There is no charge for PMS color matching

Q. Do you provide paper proofs?
A. We provide paper proofs of your artwork at no charge

Q. What else is included in the price of your products?
A. Included in our pricing are the following:

  • One color one location imprint or design
  • Free Shipping to anywhere in Mainland USA
  • Import Taxes
  • Duties
  • Import Insurance charges

Please note that if shipping to Canada, freight is paid. However, the client is responsible for any customs and duties charges entering Canada as each province has its own rates.

Q. Does Browse 25 offer Printed/Speculative Samples?
A. Yes, preproduction samples can be emailed to you as a high resolution photo or shipped by air freight. There is no charge for the emailed photos. A freight charge will be incurred for shipping the actual sample. Proof samples will be prepared after receipt of the PO. Setup charges will be incurred if order is cancelled after sample is prepared. Please note that preproduction samples will add to your lead time.

Q. What are your standard lead times?
A. Production time on most orders* is 10 to 11 calendar days after art approval and payment.

  • A wristband order of 2000 pieces or less = 10 calendar days after proof approval
  • A lanyard order of 2000 pieces or less = 14 calendar days after proof approval

Add Delivery Time of 7-10 calendar days (via air express)
*Refer to Price Sheets, call or email for lead times on larger quantities

Q. What are my payment options?
A. To allow us to keep our prices low, our terms are Pre Payment with Order. Our preferred methods of payment include:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Company Check

Q. How long do you keep screens or molds from previous orders?
A. We can reuse and not charge for molds that were created within the last two years, and screens that were created within the last year.

Acknowledgements:
We will confirm receipt of your PO and artwork upon receipt, to include any questions regarding art, colors, quantities, etc. Paper proof will be prepared and emailed within 24 hours of receipt of all details.

Overruns/Underruns:
We ship exact quantities, no overruns or underruns.

Cancellation:
Any cost associated with work competed will be billed accordingly.

Packaging:
Please refer to item pages for standard packaging. Special/custom packaging is available upon request. Please contact us to discuss how we can make your idea a reality.

Freight:
All prices include standard 7-10 day air freight to an address within the Mainland USA. Expedited 3-4 day air freight is available in most situations at an additional charge.Remote area zip codes may incur a slight additional charge.

Prices:
Our prices have remained unchanged for over two years, however, prices are based on current international exchange rate and are subject to change. You may email for copies of our Distributor NET and also RETAIL price sheets.

Return Policy:
Browse 25 assures that our products are of good quality and that measures are taken to eliminate defects in material and workmanship. Please contact factory within 5 days of receipt of the product if there are problems with your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, factory authorization is required prior to the return of merchandise.
