Q. What sort of artwork files can be used?

Artwork and logos are best provided in a vector format (Please outline all text). This allows smooth scaling up and down in output size. We can handle vector data in the formats below:

• Illustrator AI
• Illustrator Legacy EPS
• EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
• JPEG (For reference only - Please submit one of the above formats with your order)

Q. What can I print on the product?

All products can be totally customized to your own specifications, with a wide variety of material colors and print options. For full details please email sales@fxpromowear.com

Q. How fast can I get my order?

On average all goods are delivered within 7-14 business days depending on the item and the delivery location. We have many items that can be delivered faster, for details call 206-383-1861. For those who order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.

Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. On orders where you have requested Samples and Pre-Production Proofs, the production timing begins when we receive your approval. All times reflect business days. We have many different rush production and shipping options. For the most current details please call us.

Q. How should I send my artwork files?

If your artwork files are under 8Mb they can be safely sent by email to sales@fxpromowear.com. Should they be larger, then they can be quickly & easily uploaded to our FTP site, use our you send it email account - www.yousendit.com or at www.hugefile.com

Q. What are the payment terms and how do I pay?

Our primary method of receiving payment is via Credit Card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover).

We also are able to process personal and corporate Checks and Cash in advance, these methods may delay delivery and production.

We also offer Purchase Order & terms options for those entities that qualify, for questions call 206-383-1861.

Upon submitting a design or Logo to Fxpromowear, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design. You also warrant and represent that no part of the design: (a) violates or infringes upon any common law or statutory right of any person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, moral rights or rights of public performance; (b) is the subject of any notice of such infringement you have received; or (c) is subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Fxpromowear from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.

You also agree to indemnify and hold Fxpromowear harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.
