On June 8th, 2009, Integrity Premium Advertising became a member of the Fair Labor Trade Association. The Fair Labor Association (FLA) is a collaborative effort of socially responsible companies, colleges and universities, and civil society organizations to improve working conditions in factories around the world. The FLA has developed a Workplace Code of Conduct, based on ILO standards, and created a practical monitoring, remediation and verification process to achieve those standards. The FLA is a brand accountability system that places the onus on companies to voluntarily achieve the FLA’s labor standards in the factories manufacturing their products. Universities affiliated with the FLA ensure that the licensees supplying their licensed products manufacture or source those products from factories in which workers’ rights are protected.

The Nicholasville Tourism received the first place award Tuesday, October 19, 2010 during the Traverse Gala held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky as part of the 2010 Kentucky Tourism Industry Annual Conference. A panel of out-of-state experts judged over 240 entries from across the state for this year's presentation of awards. Nicholasville Tourism's award was presented in the Specialty Item for Promotion Category for a unique magnetic bookmark that was conceived of, recommended & provided by Integrity Premium Advertising as a promotional & awareness building item which was distributed at the 2010 Kentucky State Fair.

The license allows IPA to provide custom imprinted promotional, award and decorated apparel products to all departments and recognized clubs of the university. These products are not for resale purposes of the University of Kentucky but rather intended for internal uses. Integrity Premium Advertising is honored to be a member of UK's exclusive licensees.
