1. Artwork

Artwork should be in vector format and production ready (no modification or touch required).  If the artwork requires typeset, clean up, or alteration, graphic services will be billed at $75 (V) per hour with a $25 (V) minimum.

2. Setup Charges

Our setup charge is $60 (V) per color/location for imprinting.  Note:  men’s and ladies watches require their own setup charges.  For debossing, our setup charge is $100 (V).

3. Virtual Proofs

A virtual proof will be emailed at no extra charge.  Additional proofs will be billed at $12.50 (V) each.

4. Pre-production Proofs and Spec Samples

Pre-production proofs and speculative samples will be billed at the unit cost plus setup charge(s).

5. Samples

Samples are billed at end quantity pricing on a 30-day debit memo.  Credit for samples (excluding shipping charge) will be issued if they are returned in good and resalable condition.

6. Imprint Colors

We print very close to any PMS color without incurring a charge.  For an exact PMS color match, add $25 (V).

7. Engraving on Watches

The case backs of all of our watches can be engraved.  Add the running charge listed under options on the specific watch’s page.  The charge includes copy as well as personalization if required.  For logos, add a set-up charge of $60 (V) along with the running charge.

8. Production Time

Leadtime is 2-3 weeks from proof approval.  Contact factory to check on n/c expedited turnaround.

9. Less-Than-Minimum Quantity

For non-printed orders, there is no minimum.  The following pertains to printed orders.  For products other than watches, the absolute minimum is 1/2 the listed minimum quantity with a $30 (V) less than minimum charge.  For watches, add a less than minimum of $40 (V) for any quantity under the minimum.

10. Repeat Orders

There will be a repeat order setup charge of $30 (V) per color/location for re-orders.

11. Shipment Acceptance

Inspection should be done immediately upon receipt of shipment.  Claims must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt.

12. Packaging

Our products are individually gift packaged.

13. Warranty

Our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

14. Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB factory, NY.  Prepaid shipping and insurance charges are added to the invoice unless a shipping account # is provided.

15. Split Destinations / Drop Shipping

$10 (V) per address (after the first) will be charged.

16. Over-Runs and Under-Runs

We ship exact quantities.
