What sets us apart?
Aside from our unmatched customer service, our standard of quality is the main thing that separates us from the competition.
All Challenge Coins are made with enhanced relief to give your Challenge Coin a more distinguished look. To accomidate this extra relief, our
Challenge Coins are manufactured at a thickness of 3.5mm as opposed to the standard 3mm. This not only allows the extra relief but adds
to the weight of the Challenge Coin.

The Challenge Coin Design Process
Step 1: You Present Us With Your Idea For Your Challenge Coin
Step 2: We convert your idea into vector artwork
Step 3: After some fine tuning, your Challenge Coin is sent to the factory and produced.
The Layout
The first step in creating your Challenge Coin is designing the layout. Most customers have a
general idea of what they want their Challenge Coin to look like and some of the design elements
that they would like incorporated into it. Our professional team of graphic designers
and customer service staff will work with you to forge your ideas into a custom minted
Challenge Coin. Along the way, we may suggest adding, subtracting or modifying things we think
would enhance the look and feel of your Challenge Coin. During this process your submitted
artwork and ideas will be converted into vector artwork and into an approval form
which will be sent to you. At this time, you will have a preview of the entire layout
of both sides of your Challenge Coin. If you have any questions/concerns or changes to the
layout we will cheerfully revise the layout to suit
your needs and send you a new one.
The Edging
The next decision you will have to make is what edging your Challenge Coin will have. There are multiple
styles of edging you may choose for your Challenge Coin. The prices on each edging option vary.
Below are images of the different edging options available.
The next decision you will have to make is what finish your Challenge Coin will have. There are multiple
finishes for you to choose from. Changing the finish will not change the cost of the Challenge Coin.
Below are previews of the different available finishes.
There are a few things that you can do to set your Challenge Coin apart from others.
Below shows an example of sandblasting and our new translucent gel paints.
The gel paints can even be applied over raised metal to create the effect
seen below in the red gel paint option. Sandblasting can be applied to any
finish.
