Case Study: A Not-So-Silly Idea

  • Aug 3, 2021

An insurance company signed up to be the “hydration” sponsor for a fun and colorful 5K run/walk for charity. The race was popular in the community because it was known as a vibrant, fun-filled event where participants had a great time raising money.

As part of their sponsorship, the insurance company had signage at the water stations, but could also provide an item with their logo at the after-race party. They chose to show appreciation for participants by providing Silipint Straight Up Pint Glasses. As an insurance company, they loved the durability and un-breakability of the Silipint imprinted with their brand message. The Silipint Pint Glasses were also available in vivid, swirled color combinations that were sure to remind recipients of the fun-filled day they raised money for a worthy cause.

The insurance company received positive feedback on the “cool” pint glasses when they distributed them to race participants and were tagged in hundreds of social media posts about the event. They also saw an increase in online inquiries for their services in the weeks following the race.
