Meet the Embroidery Central Team Arlene Seifert Arlene is the Account Manager of Embroidery Central. Over the years, she has gained an immense amount of experience working with promotional products. She started in the embroidery industry in August 2003 growing her business from just her and an assistant to expand to five people in just a few short years. In 2009, Arlene dug further into the industry by becoming more involved in the creative side of the company. She formed a partnership with Richard Graver and Embroidery Central to create a full line source. This included items for embroidery, screen printing, and promotional products. When Arlene is not assisting customers at Embroidery Central, she enjoys playing and watching sports. Some of her other hobbies include reading, watching movies, and spending time with her dogs. She has been happily married since 1992 to her husband Joe, who happens to be a disabled Marine. She has a great sense of humor and loves being creative whenever the opportunity arises. Arlene is a networking queen. She is actively involved with three different networking groups and has taken on leadership roles in them. Her favorite part about working at Embroidery Central is seeing satisfied customers. She loves to see a client’s face light up after seeing the completed product. That shows that all of their hard work has paid off in the end. Richard Graver Richard is the President of Embroidery Central. He has been involved in the embroidery business since 1977. His journey began on the island of Key Biscayne in Florida working with detail resort wear. He was able to gain skills in the promotional and embroidery field and was able to obtain important knowledge on the creative side of the business. His promotional skills were further enhanced through a career in creating inventive window displays and marketing. Through this experience he learned how to effectively attract customers into a store and the key to effective promotion, all of which are important traits to creating promotional products through embroidery. In 1990 Richard started an embroidery business in Homestead, Florida and in 2000 decided to move the business to Burnsville, Minnesota where Embroidery Central is currently located. In his free time, Richard enjoys camping and playing water sports. He loves to go on cruises to escape from the Minnesota cold. He is a competitive poker player and has a great sense of humor. Cuban food is his favorite and he often enjoys eating it with his wife Rosalyn whom he has been married to since 2001. Richard enjoys working at Embroidery Central because of the variety of work he is able to do. Every design is different and Richard likes the challenge of figuring out how to satisfy each customer by creating the product they had envisioned. He also enjoys that every day is different when working with Arlene.
