Sarawak Malaysia White Pepper Spice


The white pepper comes from peppercorns harvested when fully ripe (red in color). After harvesting, the peppercorns are submerged for a few hours, so that the pulp can be removed, thus allowing the kernels (the core of the peppercorns, beige in color) to be kept and dried. This pepper offers plant notes with woody notes dominant. It pairs perfectly with white meats, fish and salads. 2.75" H
