Perpetual plates are 1"x2 1/2" and are solid black, engraves gold. For replacement perpetual plates and header plates, see Page 900 for blank plates, for Engraved plates see page 901. Cost includes a laser engraved header plate (3 1/2"x8 1/2") and 1 engraved perpetual plate. 18" W x 24" H
