Printing offers an alternative to using metal lines to separate colors. Some artwork does not lend itself to having metal trap lines or the customer requires their art to be reproduced exactly without changes, a printed pin is the answer. This technique is used for solid PMS color matching. Offset is similar to screen print but used when a customers' artwork has shaded or gradient colors in the design or we are matching a picture.
