Concierge Service


Brief: A sales lead generation company was introducing a new concierge service to it’s clients and really wanted to generate a buzz around the new service.

Execution & Strategy: The new service being offered was titled a “concierge service”. Therefore, we thought using a concierge bell, like someone might see in a hotel, would really make a bold statement. Additionally, inside the box, it would jiggle and peak the curiosity of the recipient. The top of the box was preferrated and contained all the program details. This enabled them to easily tare it off and keep it for reference.

Results: The direct mail piece was sent to 125 targeted sales people. This resulted in a greater than 10% enrollment rate – more than double their goal.
