TURN IT UP 2014 PPAI Pyramid Winner!
Brief: The warranty department was attending a dealer tradeshow and wanted to get the attention of the attendees. Their booth is often overlooked; but they have important information to share with the dealers to help increase their reimbursements for warranty repairs.
Execution & Strategy: The tradeshow was being held at the Grand Old Opera in Nashville. Therefore, we decided to play off the music and stage performance the venue is famously known for. We worked directly with their marketing department to create a pop-up graphics, which looked like a car sitting on a stage. We included earbuds, which looked like amplifiers and of course invited them to the booth to “hear” their information.
Results: The staff was so busy that they never had the opportunity to sit down! We were able to increase their booth traffic by three times.
