The Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch is a medical facility dedicated to pioneering research, innovation and non-surgical procedures, as well as surgical prowess predominantly for those patients with brain tumors, etc. However, consumer perception was of a strictly surgical center and overall awareness was low, even among patients. Blue Dimension, through market research and strategic planning, aided in the corporate repositioning. RAI defined an umbrella positioning and explored, developed and produced an identity for Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch, incorporating the various subsidiary centers, as well as it’s Columbus Hospital affiliation.
Post testing established that CINN is currently perceived among its target audience as an advanced, full-service neurological center.
