Last weekend I hosted a tennis themed bar mitzvah for my son. No bar mitzvah is complete without swag - sweatshirt, flannels, etc. We also had an entire pro shop filled with fun swag from Custom Specialty Promotions (and a few things from other vendors as well). We priced out all the items and Diane had the most competitive pricing for the majority of them. I try to get things done super early so I'm not scrambling at the last minute. We started chatting with Diane many months before the event, but didn't actually place the order until about 5 weeks beforehand. While this usually seems to be enough time it did feel very rushed for a few days making decisions on designing each item, but appreciated that Diane worked fast to get in done. Everything got to Chicago in time for the party with the exception of sports fingers for the dance floor that got held up in customs in Canada. If i use Diane again, which is likely, I plan to get all the orders in 8 weeks of time to give us a bit more breathing room. Everything came out super cute - favorites being the sweatshirts (don't think my son has taken his off all week), sports sandals (the women really appreciated them halfway thru the night when their feet started to hurt and it kept all of us dancing), flannels (always the most popular item). Diane also did a great job of sharing her thoughts on which of our logos would look best on each item...and the finished productions were adorable. I appreciated how communicative she was with both me and our event planner thru the process. We spent a small fortunate on swag, which we paid for once everything was all in, but it really did look super cute in the pro shop. I've seen a few kids wearing hats, sweatshirts and more around town which also puts a smile on my face.

I have worked with Custom Specialty Promotions (especially Diane) for over 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Diane has outstanding ideas when I need giveaway ideas for clients. She has terrific recommendations for the right running shirts when our employees participate in a running event.

Shortly before our annual meeting for 2018 I decided to introduce a newer 1/4 pullover for our store merchandise. I worked with Bradley at CSP to choose the garment, garment, color, and logo placement that would work best with our branding. Bradley came through with a great product in a short amount of time and the product was the hit of our store (so much so, that staff was banned from buying them until we got back to headquarters!). Bradley was very easy to work with and very responsive to any and all questions regarding the garments. We will definitely be working with CSP in the future.

I worked with Bradley on creating the most Amazing socks for my daughters bat mitzvah! He took my daughters logo & color scheme and gave me amazing recommendations for styles that he thought my guests would like. Not only did my guests (82 teenagers) but 132 adults grabbed socks and couldn’t stopped raving about them! Bradley helped me so much I can’t thank him enough!! #bestcoolestever

Custom Specialty Promotions gets it done RIGHT, while staying on schedule and on budget. I work for a company that uses them exclusively for our own personalized products (company apparel, drinkware/mugs, office supplies/pens/notepads, candy, executive gifts, etc.) and have recommended them to many clients to equal success. Sorry it has taken me so long to let you know how great everything looked at the Conference. I want to acknowledge the service and professionalism we have experienced with Custom Specialty Promotions in the past. Good morning Diane, I want to take a few moments to point out an issue the University recently experienced and how Rick went well "above and beyond the call of duty" and saved the day. This past Thursday, the Dean of our College of Medicine, one of the schools within the University, was scheduled to be the primary presenter at the schools White Coat Ceremony. This is an extremely important day for both the school and the students. Unfortunately, it was learned that morning that the Dean himself did not have a lab coat, and one was urgently needed. In addition, the coat required our standard customization (University patch and embroidery). I immediately thought of Rick, as Custom Specialty Promotions supplies our custom lab coats, and requested his help. He listened to my issue and calmly informed me that he would help in any way he could. Meaning, locate two lab coats, get them to his embroiderer, and then have them hand-delivered to the University in time for the ceremony. Not only did Rick come through, but he did so while being out of town. The Dean could not thank me enough and was amazed he was able to acquire a custom lab coat in just a few hours.
