 Tracie Domino, Founder + Managing Director of Event Outfitters comes from a long line of female, minority entrepreneurs who have always put a supreme value on customer service and attention to detail.

 

Growing up in an Italian family in Northern New Jersey, Tracie was blessed to be inspired by an incredible female entrepreneur from an early age. Her grandmother, Victoria, who Tracie called “Nannie,” immigrated to the United States in her twenties and opened a woman-owned alterations shop in her home, although there wasn’t an official certification for it at that time. Men and women from all over North Jersey would come to have her tailor their clothing to the perfect fit. She became the go-to seamstress in the area and could recreate anything out of Vogue Magazine, which also helped Tracie’s mother and aunt win “Best Dressed” in their high school.

Growing up around her made Tracie believe that through hard work, incredible customer service and extreme attention to detail, anything was possible.

HOW WE BEGAN

Many years ago, Tracie founded an event planning company that became recognized across the country and recognizing the need for more creative ideas in the promotional products space for her corporate and social clients, Tracie established Event Outfitters as a way to gain access to unique and memorable gifts and swag.

Since its inception, the team at Event Outfitters has developed and executed fun and original ideas for their clients. From the product selection, packaging, messaging, and logo placement, their goal is for the receipient to be surprised and delighted by an “Insta-worthy” experience.

Event Outfitters goal, from the beginning, was to provide top-notch customer service and leverage technology to help brands find new, immersive ways to market their businesses and engage their employees and clients.

Today, with the same bootstrap mentality she learned from her Nannie, Tracie and the team at Event Outfitters work with their clients to not only check a box of diversity for your procurement office, but more importantly to over-deliver in all categories - ideas, innovation, response time, customer service, and execution.

Tracie has been recognized by PartySlate as one of the Top 50 Event Planners in the US, one of the 25 Young Event Pros to Watch, and a member of the BizBash 1000 - the top 1000 people in the US event industry. She is often called upon by the media for her opinions on the industry and is a regular speaker at industry events.

Event Outfitters is an award-winning, women-owned promotional items company, certified by the Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD), a specialized team within the Florida Division of State Purchasing.
