How do I place an order with my company logo AND the Generac logo on items?

In each category/tab, the last section are items we find "PERFECT FOR CO-BRANDING!"  These are some of the popular items we often provide with multiple logos.  If you don't see the perfect option for your company, simply click the CUSTOM & COBRANDING tab at the top of the website to find catalogs to browse and a contact for questions and ordering.  We are happy to produce orders that adhere to both your brand standards as well as the Generac brand guidelines.  Options are limitless!


How does the "co-op" process work?

BSN Corporate Branding Solutions (that's us!) is proud to be Generac's preferred partner for apparel and promotional items.  As such, there is no need for co-op pre-approval.  Please consult with your Generac contact for exact co-op amounts.

Claims: We are not integrated with Sproutloud, thus, prices reflect the cost before co-op.  To submit a claim, you must take your paid invoice or receipt to Sproutloud and submit your claim.  Skip the pre-approval section.  Sproutloud will reimburse your claim accordingly.


How do I return an item from my order?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  Returns or exchanges are available for IN-STOCK PRODUCT ONLY.  Closeout or Made-to-Order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed defective.  Simply contact us with your concern upon receiving the defective item(s), and we'll provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for return/exchange.

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

What if I can't log in to my account?

The Generac Promotional Product Web store was moved from a previous platform to this current site in August of 2020.  If you haven't signed up for a new account at this site, you can easily set up a new account upon checkout.  If you're having trouble, you can also reach us through the CONTACT tab for assistance.


How do I track the status of my order?

Please send your order confirmation number you received via email to us through the CONTACT tab, or email to receive the status of your order.  Turnaround times vary based on your order type, and your order may come in multiple shipments.  Please keep in mind due to order volume at end of calendar year, order shipments are delayed longer than standard.  We're happy to update you as needed!


Can you ship my order to an International address?

We currently ship orders to Canada.  *PLEASE NOTE* The shipping rate on all Canadian shipments may differ from what is calculated on the Generac website. Shipping rate is based off order by order basis. Your sales rep will be in contact with you regarding updated freight cost. *Customers are responsible for taxes/duties.*  We do not currently ship to Mexico or other countries outside the U.S.


Has shipping rates changed for Alaska & Hawaii?

Yes. Shipping rates will be based off an order by order basis and may differ from what is stated on the site. Your sales rep will be in contact with you on your updated shipping rate.
