FAQ's

When will I receive my order?

 

Orders will be shipped late June. You will be notified via e-mail and/or internal communication of exact pick-up location and times if you are picking up at a participating location.

Why is there an up-charge for XX sizes?

Simply stated, bigger shirts cost more.

Is there a limit on how many I can buy?

No, however, unusually large orders may be subject to review.

Can I exchange a shirt if it does not fit?

Due to the nature of this promotion, the items can not be exchanged or returned. Items are made to order.

Why is my pick up location not listed on the checkout page?

Distribution will only take place at the location who has signed up to participate in distribution. If your location is not listed, you will need to have your order shipped to you directly for an additional S&H fee. Current pick up locations are: MS-NSSC, NM-WSTF, OH-GRC, TX-JSC, VA-LARC, and VA-Wallops. 

Can I ship to an International address?

 No, at this time we are only able to ship domestically. 

 

 Due to the nature of this promotion, items cannot be exchanged or returned.
