RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell.

You may return any unused, unaltered, non-laundered or defective item for a full refund or credit within 15 days of delivery by returning the item(s) and referencing your order number to the address below:

Please include a copy of your original invoice or a piece of paper that includes your name and address, a contact phone number, and what you would like for us to do with the return.

 

 

Refunds:

Typically refunds are issued within a few days of receiving your return. We will e-mail you when the credit is given. Time when your credit card company issues the credit may take additional time and is beyond our control.

*Debit cards can take longer then actual credit cards.

*Original shipping charges are non refundable.

 

 

Exchanges:

The quickest way to replace a returned item is to re-order through the website. Then return the item you don't need to us for a refund.

 

 

Packaging:

Please ensure that you package the items so that they are returned to us in the same shape that we sent them to you. All hats must be returned in a box, not folded. We recommend getting an insured tracking number with your return.

*Please note: Products may be refused for credit upon inspection by our returns department. If your item is deemed non-refundable, we will return it to you at the address used when the order was originally placed.
