ORDERS:

Orders are accepted by fax, mail or e-mail.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:

All orders are acknowledged upon receipt by phone or fax. Any discrepancies will be dealt with at that time.

CREDIT CARDS:

MasterCard, Visa accepted for pre-payment only.

ARTWORK:

Camera-ready (clear black and white) artwork is required for best results, otherwise artwork charge of $25.00 per hour will apply. Multi-colored jobs should be color separated. Artwork cannot be sent by fax. Electronic Artwork can be accepted via the internet- call for details.

SET UP CHARGE: $28.00(v) REPEAT: $15.00.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Standard service is 5-7 business days. 48 hour service is available upon request (sur-charges may apply).

CO-OP PROGRAMS: Quotations upon request.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:

All orders are considered firm and can only be cancelled or changed in writing via fax. Any items imprinted before cancellation or change will be billed accordingly.

PROOFS:

On paper (via fax) no extra charge. On sample item a flat charge of $20.00 plus shipping will apply. Production time will begin after approval of proof.

CATALOGS:

Additional catalogs will be sent free of charge upon request.

SHIPPING:

F.O.B. New York. UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated in order. All shipments will be insured and charges will be included in shipping costs. Factory cannot be held responsible for meeting deadlines on UPS standard service due to shipping delays. Special occasion dates we suggest using air service.

OVER OR UNDER-RUNS:

On one color imprint almost all orders will ship the exact amount. However, on occasion we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under and will bill accordingly. On multi-color jobs most orders will have a slight over or under-run, but not exceeding 5%.

REPEAT ORDERS:

Send sample or photo copy of original item ordered. Please specify our invoice by number.

RETURNS:

The factory must be notified prior to return of merchandise. Any defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or a credit will be issued. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned.
