I love a good T-shirt, salted caramel mocha in my coffee, hot yoga and Brazilian jiu jitsu. I am a huge advocate for women’s self-defense in our industry and hope to raise awareness by empowering like-minded women to learn self-defense, self-awareness and confidence in themselves through the art of jiu jitsu and yoga.
