SCOTTS MIRACLE-GRO – New Acquisition Welcome Gift

Goal: In 2021 Scotts Miracle-Gro, headquartered in Ohio, acquired AeroGrow, a hydroponics company based in Colorado. Scotts objective was two-fold: to welcome the AeroGrow team to the family and let them know that they are valued, as well as to thank the Scotts employees who worked tirelessly on the acquisition project.

Solution: We created a custom kit for both the AeroGrow team, and all Scotts employees involved in the acquisition. The gift contained a premium sweatshirt and a tumbler, each co-branded with the Scotts and AeroGrow logos. It also included a selection of delicious treats and coffees, all made and sourced locally in Ohio. A custom notecard with unique messaging was enclosed, one for the AeroGrow team and a different one for the Scotts team.  These gifts were produced, kitted and packed, and drop-shipped by Stolz-Mead to 120 different locations around the world.
