Full color folders are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and with additional features to create the perfect folder for your needs.
Size
The most popular size is a 9” x 12” which is perfect for holding 8 ½” x 11” sheets of paper. Legal Folders measure 9 ½” x 14 ½” and are meant to also hold 8 ½” x 14” paper. Smaller Mini Folders are also available to hold smaller inserts such as photos, postcards or key cards.
Paper
The most popular paper for Presentation Folders is 12 pt. Gloss or Matte coated cover. Additional paper options include: Fiber, Linen, and Recycled and FSC Certified Papers.
One or Two-Sided Printing
Folders are printed from a flat sheet of paper and then assembled. One sided printing is the most popular option and yields printing on the front and back of the folder as well as the front of the interior pocket(s). The paper behind the pocket will be the color of the paper used (white in most instances) unless two-sided printing is used.
Finishes
Folders are typically handled quite a bit and for Folders printed on a coated paper we recommend a protective coating to help prevent the ink from scuffing and to protect the Folder from dirt, smudges, fingerprints and scratches. This coating isn’t just practical it also adds to the visual appeal of the Folder by providing a rich, deep coating. Our most popular finishes include a Matte or Gloss finish. Other finishes include soft touch for a suede-like feel, spot coating for accenting specific areas and lamination for maximum protection of your folder.

If requested, slits can be cut in one or both pockets. Many styles available.
Capacity & Pockets
Both one and two pocket folders are available. Each pocket will hold approximately 25 sheets of Xerox paper. Expandable folders have expanding pockets to hold a larger volume of paper. The most popular pocket heights are 3.75” and 4”.
