Return Policy
At BrandView Solutions, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. In the case of an issue with an order, our goal is to resolve it quickly and fairly to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our return policy below for details on how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods.
- Digital products or downloads.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@brandview.solutions with:
- Your order or invoice number.
- A detailed reason for the return.
- Photos of the product showing its condition (if there's a defect, damage, or quality concern).
- Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- For damages, defects or quality issues: We cover return shipping costs.
- For all other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
- If the item was not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email us within 10 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Important Notes
- Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Processing times for returns and refunds may vary due to international shipping logistics.
Cancellation Policy
At BrandView Solutions, we understand that circumstances can change. However, due to the nature of our order fulfillment process, we are unable to accept cancellations once final proof has been approved. This ensures that orders are processed and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

2.3. Pricing: Prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order. All prices are listed in $CAD (Canadian Dollar).

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.2. Delivery Time: Shipping times vary by destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 7-15 business days.

3.4. Delays: Delivery times may be affected by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.5. No Guarantees: BrandView Solutions cannot guarantee delivery times.
3.6. Ownership and Risk: Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the items have been delivered.

BrandView Solutions may make minor adjustments to your artwork for print or production purposes, without altering the core design.
To fulfill your order, we may share your artwork with trusted third-party providers, but only for that purpose. We will not use or share your artwork for other reasons without your consent.
We do not claim ownership of your artwork, and it will be stored but can be deleted upon request. We reserve the right to refuse content that violates this policy.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1. If you submit content (e.g., artwork or reviews) to BrandView Solutions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for order fulfillment or promotional purposes.
6.2. You affirm that you own or have rights to the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7.1. We may use third-party services (e.g., printers or shipping providers) to fulfill orders. By placing an order, you consent to your information and artwork being shared with these third parties for fulfillment purposes.
7.2. BrandView Solutions is not liable for any errors, delays, or damages caused by third-party services.

8.1. BrandView Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
