When will my order be delivered? Production time is approximately 3 weeks after an order is placed.
How do I know when my items will deliver? You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is complete and ready to ship.
Can I ship my order to my home address? No, your order will ship to one of the CKS locations. You will provide which location on the Checkout page.
I don't know what size I am? On each item there is an Additional Information tab. This will provide the spec sheet for that specific garment.
Can I return a garment if it doesn't fit? Unfortunately we are unable to accept goods that have been decorated.
What happens if my item/size/color isn't in stock? You will receive an email with more information. We can switch to a different color or we can remove the item from your order.
When will my credit card get charged? Your credit card will be charged once your order delivers. You will also receive a invoice and paid receipt.
Tax and Freight? Tax and freight will be added to the final invoice total.
