Hi, I’m Ashley Gardner, a passionate marketing professional and entrepreneur based in Minnesota. I’m the proud owner of People First Promo, where we specialize in helping businesses shine through custom promotional products, apparel, and branding solutions.

My career path has been anything but ordinary, and that’s exactly what fuels my creativity. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries including Awards & Recognition Sales, Custom Apparel & Promo, Graphic Design, Hospitality, Medical Cannabis, and the Local Music scene.

Each experience has given me a unique perspective and sharpened my ability to connect with people, solve problems, and deliver standout results.

With People First Promo, I’m excited to offer premium, people-centered service to both new and longtime clients. Whether you're looking to elevate your brand, make tee shirts for your 5K, celebrate a milestone, or simply stand out, I’m here to help you do it in a way that’s creative, effective, and true to who you are.

People Driven. Brand-Focused. Always.
