TCB Specialties is staffed with great people (e.g. Riley Kitchings) who provide outstanding customer service in resolving any order issues. Specifically, the delivery of the T-Shirts we ordered in early May was DERAILED by our local Longmont CO Post Office. They reactivated a closed temporary mail forwarding order from last year (God only knows why) that resulted in our shipment being returned to TCB. The Post Office thought we moved without leaving a forwarding address. Well, we did not move but a lot of our deliveries were compromised (including this one) because of their error. The Post Office issue was corrected but not before the merchandise was returned to TCB. This brings us to Riley Kitchings of TCB Specialties, who immediately sent us an email requesting a new delivery address. I responded to her email explaining all of this and I followed up with a telephone call. Riley was absolutely wonderful to work with - she was professional, enthusiastic, very personable, and she made sure the merchandise would be on its way to us asap. Riley resolved this issue quickly and professionally and we truly appreciate her commitment to providing exceptional customer service! TCB Staff ROCKS!

Many of the details in our logo I thought would be lost in the sewing were not and really improved the quality of the overall shirt and cap order. TCBs policy to request and confirm logo art really saved us from making serious mistakes.
