Keep Your Banners Consistent

For the best viewing experience, all banners on your site should share the same dimensions. You can choose any size that fits your design, but consistency prevents the banner section from shifting up and down as visitors browse.

BANNER IMAGE SPECS

Our most common banner sizes are:

2000px by 450px or

2000px by 650px

which work well across most layouts.

Background Images

Images need to be least 1920px wide

For the best display, background images should be large enough to scale across all screen sizes without losing quality. We recommend using images at least 1920px wide, with larger sizes preferred for full-width sections. Background images will automatically scale and crop to fit different screens, but you can adjust the background position and size to control how the image is displayed and which area remains visible.

Design Images for Content Sliders

Content slider images should be thought of as background images rather than standard banners. Because they scale differently across screen sizes, the visible area will change from one device to another. It is also best to leave text out of the image itself, since text can be placed on top for better flexibility and readability.

Gallery Widget Images

Images can be any size

For the best display, the gallery will format all images to a 4:3 ratio, regardless of the original image size. Images are centered within the frame, so the middle area will always be the primary focus. When an image is selected, the full version will open so nothing is lost.

Background Videos

For the best performance, video backgrounds should be kept as small as possible to reduce load times. We recommend keeping file sizes under 2.5MB. Larger files may impact page speed and delay how quickly content appears.
