- Artwork has been received and approved

Production timelines vary depending on product type, quantity, complexity, and availability.
Proof Approval
For custom orders, customers will receive a proof or product confirmation when applicable. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details, including:
- Artwork
- Spelling and grammar
- Sizes
- Quantities
- Product specifications
Production will begin after approval is received.
Production Times
Estimated completion times will be provided at the time of order. While we make every effort to meet requested deadlines, production schedules may vary due to project complexity, material availability, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Rush production may be available for select products upon request.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery options will be discussed during the ordering process. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. New Standard Printing is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details, carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Custom Products
Because printed materials, decorated apparel, promotional products, and corporate gifts are customized specifically for each customer, orders cannot be modified once production has started.
